Location: Picagres
Today was our last day at Picagres. We worked very hard to finish the mural and the other projects. Some of us were allowed to cool ourselves in the river before lunch, which was very delicious, especially tres leches queque. After lunch, we headed to a local fiesta, which consisted of a rodeo, games, ice cream, rides, futbol, and horses. Charlie and Jon Jon especially liked one game. Soon the whole group was watching. After sampling the local culture, we hopped back on the bus with Sir Jorge.
