The Copper mines and the Baths

Author: Hannah B.

After the two hour clean up at the beach next to the Copper mine ruins, the few brief showers at beginning of the day was well needed. While cleaning up the beach everyone seemed to be lost within their thoughts. It's crazy to think that two hours and eight garbage bags later, not even a dent was made in the amounts of trash on the beach. It really makes you realize what is happening to our earth and how much we all need to save it. To think that if everyone in the world would just pick up an hour worth of trash or even less, it could make the biggest difference. But as of right now, every bit counts. After the clean up we all enjoyed going to the baths to cool down and relax. Although there were a few injuries, everyone is all in one piece. It was a long, but fulfilling day.
