Today's wake-up song basically set the ton for the rest of the day: "Here Comes The Sun" by the Beatles. After cereal for breakfast, and a garbage run, we set sail for Salt Island. Once there, we went on a snorkel adventure over a ship wreak from the 1800's, the R.M.S. Rhone. Although only half of the wreak was at an accessible depth, it was fabulous. We saw so much, from propellers to giant lobster, parrot fish, and everything in between. Lunch consisted of chicken salad sandwiches, and the typical PB and J. We finished and got in the dinghies to go over to Salt Island, where we got to see a typical salt pond. This is also the pond from which they take 5 pounds of salt to pay the Queen's tax every year for the locals being allowed to keep the island to themselves (long story involving the history of the wreak) When we got back on the boat we just chilled: reading, showering, playing cards. Oh and snacking- some girls had been stuffing their faces with Oreos in their cabin! They got caught (we don't want cockroaches) so Hannah, Jack , and Aaron went on a rampage, inspecting the cabins for "illegal" substance. They found loads of food and a collection of clothes pins - totally legitimate, there are never enough! They needed to be hoarded! The day ended with a sail to Great Harbor on Peter Island, dinner and a movie.
