Painting the Mural, White Washing, and Meeting an Indigenous Shaman

Author: Lucie and Christine
Location: Picagres, Indigenous
Today we woke up early as usual and had a very good breakfast. Thankfully, the weather was sunny. After our hour long drive to Picagres, we split our group up into two teams. One team did white washing and the other team worked on painting a mural. Since it was out last day there this week, we gave it our all. In addition, we met an indigenous shaman who introduced us to his culture by giving us a brief history and and by showing us his different rituals. We ended the visit with a sugar cane drink and a cleansing ceremony.
