While everyone was at their morning service rotation, Andy and Aidan- the chefs of the day, schemed up lunch for us. After spending an hour cooking a "beef" and noodle dish, lunch was ready. We all gathered around the table helping ourselves to the food. After devouring our lunch, the chefs told us the truth about the food. The meat that they claimed was beef was actually rabbit. Not only that, but to my horror the noodles were cooked in broth cooked from rabbit bones. Afterward, we went to try our hand at Caligraphy. We all attempted to make Chinese characters, which is a lot more difficult than it sounds. When we finished this, we went to a supermarket full of imported American food. In the car ride home Aidan got sick in the van- serves him right for lying about our lunch (I think). After dinner watched Mulan and ate American junk food. Another fabulous day in China.
